Aug. 13: 1:33 am: Suspicious Vehicle – 87000 block, Dowdy Lane. Involved is a late 90’s dark colored hatchback with no plate lights. Complainant passed the vehicle that followed him to his house & sat outside for 5 minutes, then left.

5:13 am: Suspicious Conditions – 43000 block, McK. Hwy. Complainant thinks neighbor has someone tied up in his yard screaming. Subject was moving around like they were in pain. A taller person was leaning over the person who appeared to be tied up. 5:14: Caller thinks they are keeping the person in a white shed. Complainant yelled that he was going to call the police & they need to let the person go but they ignored him – says everyone ignores him because they think he is a lunatic.

9:19 am: Suspicious Subject – 37000 block, Camp Creek Rd. Involved is a younger mal, 5’ 11”, medium build, wearing gray sweatpants, black coat & a knit ball cap. Subject is outside the school, near the basketball court, talking to himself – appears disoriented.

6:45 pm: Disturbance, Dispute – 90000 block, Angels Flight Rd. Subject told caller she could burn his house down. Involved have been living on complainant’s property in an unoccupiable house, running around yard naked.

Aug. 15: 1:37 pm: Attempt To Locate Drunk Driver – 55000 block, McK. River Dr. Caller advises he crashed a green Explorer this morning while he was intoxicated. He is headed back to the Hot Springs. Vehicle is blocking part of the road & is on the guardrail.
