Windermere opens local office

Windermere Real Estate has purchased a property and building in Vida for their new McKenzie Windermere Office. It is in the same parking lot as the Vida Market, across from the Vida Café, giving them an office front presence on the river. Broker Nadine Scott said, “We anticipate this being a real drawing card for potential buyers that pass by on a daily basis wondering what the McKenzie has to offer.”

She noted the new location means sellers’ properties will be on display right in front of buyers - with a local agent ready and willing to show them what they are interested in viewing.

“We will be displaying all of our McKenzie listings and will have all of our listing flyer’s available,” Scott said, adding that, “We are also recruiting other businesses to join our office building. There are two other office spaces available for rent/lease for $600 per month. It would be a great opportunity for a local business person to have an office close to home.
