Aug. 8: 1:36 AM: Dispute – 54000 block, McK. River Dr. Caller was in a dispute with female subject & left on his own volition – advises no assault but is concerned involved may try to report him for assault. He was concerned for her safety, couldn’t articulate why except that she was very upset when he left. Info taken.

Aug. 8: 7:06 AM: Vicious Dog – 49000 block, McK. Hwy. A Doberman has caller pinned to a chair – is growling & nipping at her. The front door is locked & sliding door in kitchen is open. Involve has been sitting in the chair for 12 hours. Dog has bit caller but didn’t break the skin. Dog is a “resource protector,” has item he is protecting – small bag. Info relayed – LCARA will handle.

Aug. 8: 2:34 PM: Reckless Driving – McK. Hwy. & Mill Creek Rd. Involved is an eastbound semi that is all over the road & unable to maintain lane. OSP advised.

Aug. 8: 2:53 PM: Speeding Vehicle – 90000 block, Sunderman Rd. Involved is a white log truck that sped though 45 mph zone at 55, continued to 65 mph. Caller advises subject is going to kill someone. Patrol check.

Aug. 8: 8:51 PM: Suspicious Subject – 45000 block, McK. Hwy. Complainant lives alone. A male subject wearing a yellow hat & carrying garbage bags came to the door & said, “I’m coming after you.” She is unsure where he went, has locked her doors. Involved was intoxicated, seemed out of it. Her neighbor saw the subject about an hour ago but their dogs are not alerting them to anything. Patrol check.

Aug. 9: 12:01 AM: Water Rescue – Camp Creek Rd. & Marcola Rd. Caller was fishing on the shoreline, heard someone screaming for help. 00:04: A heavy set female subject is floating on her back very slowly downstream – unknown how long she has been there. 00:37: Victim is unconscious & unresponsive. Report taken.

Aug. 9: 5:48 AM: Truck Safety Checks – Mp. 4, Marcola Rd.

Aug. 9: 11:17 AM: Reckless Driving – Mp. 25, McK. Hwy. Involved is an eastbound white flatbed truck that is all over the roadway. OSP advised.

Aug. 9: 11:32 AM: Civil Enforcement – 91000 block, Burton Dr. Gone on arrival.

Aug. 9: 1:15 PM: Harassment – 92000 block, Marcola Rd. Caller & subject are having difficulties regarding custody issues. Advised.

Aug. 9: 3:01 PM: Attempt To Locate Drunk Driver – Mp. 40, McK. Hwy. Involved is a westbound dark colored Kia Sephia that is failing to maintain lane. OSP advised.

Aug. 9: 4:57 PM: ATL Drunk Driver – McK. Hwy. & Thurston Rd. Involved is an eastbound white Ford pickup that is swerving across the travel lanes & off the shoulder. OSP advised.

Aug. 9: 5:00 PM: ATL DD – McK. Hwy. & Cedar Flat Rd. Involved is an eastbound white truck that is weaving into oncoming traffic. OSP advised.

Aug. 9: 5:32 PM: Vehicle In Ditch – Camp Creek Rd. & Upper Camp Creek Rd. Report of a gold Ford Focus in the ditch. The airbag deployed. No one is around. 17:41: Non-injury. The owner is towing the vehicle. Disregard.

Aug. 10: 1:44 AM: Suspicious Conditions – 50000 block, McK. Hwy. A motorcycle is outside & a male subject is walking up & down the highway yelling “Biker, biker, biker.” OSP advised.

Aug. 10: 11:11 AM: Burglary 1, Theft 1 – 39000 block, Deerhorn Rd. Victim is in the process of moving. Range, refrigerator & tires are missing. 11:15: Another subject owns the caller’s home – appliances are theirs. Report taken.

Aug. 10: 12:37 PM: Shots Fired – 40000 block, York Lane. Report of 10 to 12 shots within a couple of blocks. Info relayed.

Aug. 10: 2:11 PM: Water Rescue – McK. River below Hayden Landing. Three male subjects wearing life jackets were in a tan canoe that flipped over. 14:33: Located 2 of 3, picking them up. The 3rd is on the shore. All accounted for – not injured. Assist.

Aug. 10: 4:50 PM: Reckless Endangering, Menacing – Mp. 5, Goodpasture Rd. Complainant advises a male subject, very intoxicated, is shooting a gun & following them. Subject vehicle is a red Chevy Blazer. Subject is camping on public land on the trail to the fishing hole. Caller was walking down the trail when subject questioned them. Involved are 3 adults & 2 children. Subjects are a male & female. After subject threw cigarettes he threatened them with guns. Complainants took a different route back to their vehicle. At that time the female gave a gun to the male & said to shoot. He fired a single shot toward the caller as they were leaving. Complainant took a video while male/female were threatening them. 18:13: Units in position with armored vehicle. 18:21: Arrest - report taken.

Aug. 10: 5:26 PM: Dispute – 87000 block, Cedar Flat Rd. Caller is in a dispute with her sister. Involved may have hit complainant’s Dad but no one is injured. Involved is upset because she wants to get her stuff from the house. Subject is 5’ 7”, 300 lbs. with 2-tone hair. 17:43: Physical dispute – involved attacked caller, hit her in the face & pulled her hair. OSP advised.

Aug. 10: 7:28 PM: Disorderly Party – Shotgun Creek area. Patrol check.

Aug. 10: 7:37 PM: Traffic Hazard – 38000 block, Camp Creek Rd. Report of a very intoxicated male subject weaving back & forth in the road, carrying an empty bottle. Patrol check.

Aug. 10: 8:34 PM: Suspicious Vehicle – Mp. 2.5, Dollar RD. Advised.

Aug. 11: 6:19 AM: ATL DD– Mp. 16, McK. Hwy. Involved is an eastbound gray Dodge Ram that has swerved over the centerline many times. OSP advised.

Aug. 11: 6:48 AM: Lost Subject – Mp. 1, Thurston Rd. Female caller in a wheelchair is stuck in a ditch, says she doesn’t know where she is. She can see horses, can hear vehicles. 07:40: Husband of foster home caretaker is with her. Disregard.

Aug. 11: 2:20 PM: Subpoena Service – 89000 block, Eagle Rock Dr. Gone on arrival.

Aug. 11: 2:25 PM: Reckless Driving – McK. Hwy. & Cedar Flat Rd. Involved is an eastbound blue motorcycle. Rider has a black helmet & Free Souls jacket. Involved is splitting lanes & tailgating an en route medic unit. OSP advised.

Aug. 11: 6:44 PM: Disorderly/Intoxicated Subject – Blue River Reservoir. Intoxicated male armed with a shotgun arrived & is causing troubles. 19:35: 2nd caller advises he was fishing & got a call from his family at the lake. They said his cousin was in a verbal dispute with the subject. He is now not able to get a hold of his family by phone & is worried for them. Info taken.
