Sheriff’s Report – Week of May 17

May 11: 1:04 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute – 45100 blk, McK. Hwy. Deputies were dispatched to a reported dispute with parties separated.  A deputy spoke with caller and confirmed there was no crime.  Deputies provided the caller with additional resources.

1:36 p.m: Fraud – 46100 blk, Goodpasture Rd. Caller reported someone had accessed their bank accounts.  Deputies contacted the victim and are investigating.

3:10 p.m: Suspicious Vehicle – 36300 blk, Camp Creek Rd. Caller reported finding an empty vehicle and they were advised of the 72-hour posting process.

May 12: 1:06 a.m: Mental Subject – 91800 blk, Mill Creek Rd.

3:01 a.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury – Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury.

5:19 a.m: Disturbance, Dispute – 54700 blk, Caddis Ln. Caller reported a dispute at the location, but the other half of the dispute left prior to making the report.

8:57 a.m: Warrant Service – Sunderman Rd.

12:25 p.m: Unlawful Entry Motor Vehicle – 91700 blk, Horse Creek Rd.

4:45 p.m: Restraining Order Service – 92100 blk, Marcola Rd.

5:44 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute – Vida area. Dispatch was called by parties in a dispute.  The dispute was occurring in a vehicle and traveling on the McK. Hwy.  Call was transferred to OSP who contacted the involved.  Parties separated and no crime was reported.

6:05 p.m: Gunshot Wound – 57000 blk, N. Bank Rd. Deputies responded to a gunshot wound at the location and the involved was found deceased. No evidence of a crime found on scene, but the case was still being investigated.

8:04 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute – 87000 blk, Cedar Flat Rd. Caller reported a person being disorderly on the property.  Not physical and parties were separated.  No deputies were immediately available, and the caller elected to call back in the following morning.

8:15 p.m: Vehicle Stop – Deerhorn Rd.

11:01 p.m: Disorderly Juvenile – 39200 blk, McK. Hwy.

May 13: 3:01 a.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury – 36300 blk, Camp Creek Rd.

5:19 a.m: Disturbance, Dispute – 54700 blk, Caddis Ln.

10:57 a.m: Truck Inspection – Marcola Rd. Milepost 4.

1:10 p.m: Disorderly Subject – 87000 blk, Cedar Flat Rd.

4:04 p.m: Violation of Restraining Order – 92700 blk, Regal Ln.

7:14 p.m: Warrant Service – 55400 blk, McK. River Dr.

7:19 p.m: Traffic Hazard – 91600 blk, donna Rd.

11:17 p.m: Incomplete 911 Call – 39000 blk, Woods Rd.

May 14: 2:23 a.m: Incomplete 911 Call – 39000 blk, Woods Rd.

4:51 a.m: Stop Sign Down – Mohawk River Rd.

May 15: 2:23 a.m: Incomplete 911 Call – 39000 blk, Woods Rd.

5:25 a.m: Assault – 38400 blk, McK. Hwy.

8:33 a.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury – Marcola Rd.

4:12 p.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury – Hill Rd.

6:14 p.m: Vehicle Stop – McK. Hwy.

7:22 p.m: Illegal Fireworks – Cougar Falls.

8:20 p.m: Suspicious Conditions – 44300 blk, McK. Hwy.
