Sheriff’s Reports – Week of June 21

June 16: 1:03 a.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, no injury – 90000 blk, Marcola Rd.

5:08 a.m: Lost Subject – Aufderheide Dr. A caller reported getting separated from family and got lost on FS roads off Aufderheide Drive. Search and Rescue was contacted but as teams got ready, the caller reported she had found another motorist and was being shown the way back to the highway. Eventually the caller located her family and everyone was able to make it back to McKenzie Highway and LCSO was disregarded.

10:31 a.m: Burglary – 55100 blk, McK. River Dr. Caller reported arriving at the residence and finding the back door broken, and the building had been entered. The caller cleared the property while on the phone with dispatch, and at the time did not see anything missing.

7:37 p.m: Information – 45400 blk, McK. Hwy.

9:55 p.m: Welfare Check – 39900 blk, McK. Hwy.

10:13 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute – 91900 blk, Marcola Rd. The call came into 911 as an open line dispute. Caller eventually told call taker it was an issue over a cell phone, but everyone was okay. Deputies contacted the caller and confirmed the dispute was not physical and parties were separated.

10:15 p.m: Vehicle In Ditch – 87000 blk, Cedar Flat Rd.

June 17: 11:06 a.m: Disturbance, Dispute – blue river Rd.

11:59 a.m: Lost Subject – Proxy Falls trailhead. Caller reported they were unable to locate 12-year-old daughter. Deputies and Search and Rescue were notified of the call and began a response. At about 12:20pm LCSO Dispatch was notified family had located the juvenile and she was okay. Family reported further assistance was required.

12:05: p.m: Welfare Check – 47900 blk, McK. Hwy.

1:57 p.m: Disorderly Subject – 40000 blk, McK. Hwy. LCSO Dispatch received several 911 calls from James Mitchell Moller. Moller was warned about improperly using 911. Moller eventually became engaged in a dispute with a tow truck operator at the location. Deputies responded and during the investigation learned Moller had parked his car blocking the driveway. When Moller was contacted by people on the property he refused to leave or move the vehicle unless he received gasoline. Moller appeared to be experiencing mental health issues, but he was arrested without incident. Moller was lodged at the Lane County Jail for the crimes of Coercion, Improper Use of 911 and Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree.

9:23 a.m: Unlawful Use of Vehicle – 88700 blk, Marcola Rd.

12:49 p.m: Suspicious Conditions – 39900 blk, meadow glen Dr.

1:48: p.m: Subpoena Service – 39300 blk, Walterville Ln.

2:46: p.m: Subpoena Service – 37300 blk, Camp Creek Rd.

2:50 p.m: Suspicious Conditions – 37800 blk, Shenandoah Lp.

3:50 p.m: Prowler – 37800 blk, Shenandoah Lp.

4:15 p.m: Information – 40500 blk, Mohawk River Rd.

5:55 p.m: Illegal Burn – Spicer Ln.

9:16 p.m: Welfare Check – 90600 blk, Nadeau Rd.
