Aug. 7: 12:00 p.m: Fraud – 90300 blk, Sunderman Rd. Caller reported a check was mailed and fraudulently cashed for over $8,000.  Caller completed Citizen Self Report online

1:31 p.m: Harassment – 55600 blk, McK. River Dr. Caller reported a subject threatened to assault them over a bottle of alcohol that was taken.  Caller was mailed a CSR.

9:54 a.m: Smoke – 90800 blk, Hill Rd.

10:00 a.m: Theft – 92200 blk, Murdoch St.

10:37 a.m: Criminal Mischief – 7000 blk, Thurston Rd.

1:19 p.m: Information – 89000 blk, Bridge St.

3:18 p.m: Suspicious Conditions – 8700 blk, Thurston Rd. Caller reported seeing a vehicle and motorcycle go on to the property which was being renovated and should be vacant. The caller went to contact the involved before Lane County Sheriff’s Office could respond. The caller informed LCSO to disregard and confirmed the subjects were neighbors.

7:53 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute – 54700 blk, Caddis Ln. Caller reported a suspect was sitting at the end of his driveway and making threatening statements towards him. The caller could not see if the suspect was armed but he was known to the caller. Deputies responded and patrolled the area, but the suspect was not located.  The caller was advised of the protective order process.
