McKenzie River Reflections - Make the McKenzie Connection!

All soaking pools are now open at Terwilliger Hot Springs after a Forest Service trail crew worked last week to stabilize the hillside behind the top pool. That section had been closed since last year, when a rock dislodged and nearly struck a person soaking in a pool.

McKenzie River District Ranger Terry Baker  thanked people for their  patience while workers addressed the safety issue. Next year, after the winter rains, the crew will return for other site improvements and drainage issues.
