Sept. 6: 00:44: Crash, Injury – Hwy. 126E, Milepost 17. Vehicle #1, a blue PT Cruiser, was traveling eastbound. Driver #1 was negotiating a right hand sweeping curve when Vehicle #1 veered across the westbound lane and collided with a utility pole. Driver #1 was transported to the hospital by ambulance for treatment. Vehicle #1 was towed. Involved: 48-year-old male from Springfield.

Sept. 11: 11:11: Crash, Non-Injury – Hwy. 126E, Mp. 30. OSP Dispatch received a call regarding a single vehicle crash into the ditch. The complainant advised it was not blocking the roadway and the driver was uninjured. Upon arrival, a trooper spoke with the driver who stated he was traveling eastbound when he said he must have dozed off. He said when he came to, he was in the ditch. He advised he was traveling to Vida from Coos Bay. He was not injured and his vehicle was towed. Trooper provided the driver a courtesy ride to the Greyhound station in Eugene. Involved: Silver/aluminum Jeep Grand Cherokee, 19-year-old male from Boise, Idaho.
