Aug. 19: 3:01 pm: Accident – 42000 block, Holden Creek Lane. Report of a red Town & Country mini van “teetering on an embankment, being held up by a tree.” Unknown how high the embankment is. A female is trapped. Medics are en route. 15:12: OSP & Fire are on the scene.

Aug. 22: 8:42 pm: Assault – 51000 block, McK. St. Complainant reports subject assaulted her. Medics declined – no car, will leave on foot with a friend. 20:47: Subject was trying to punch out windows in the car, a black Nissan 200SX.

Aug. 23: 10:27 pm: Assault – 50000 block, McK. Hwy. Subject grabbed complainant around her throat & threw her down. Associated vehicles are a black Corvette & a silver Chevy.

Aug. 26: 2:28 pm: Disturbance, Disorderly Subject – 89000 block, Thurston Rd. Subject is currently inside complainant’s residence. He wanted money & she would not give it to him. Subject grabbed her purse & shook everything out to get the money. He refused to allow her to leave. She finally escaped. Subject is “really scary” & “totally out of control.” He was wearing a T-shirt & skinny jeans. Subject is bleeding from prior wounds, disorderly & throwing things. 17:46: Caller feels her life is in danger, was advised of restraining order process. She advised no one will do anything until he hurts her, “I hope he doesn’t kill me because no one would help,” and disconnected.
