May 24: 5:01 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 91000 blk, Hill Rd. Deputy made contact regarding a Disturbance, Dispute between a landlord and tenant. It was determined to be a civil issue.

May 25: 12:24 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - 40100 blk, McK. Hwy. A deputy responded to a report of a possible burglary at an abandoned residence. The deputy contacted the involved.

May 26: 5:57 a.m: Suspicious Conditions - 39200 blk, Camp Creek Rd. A homeowner’s car alarm was going off. Contact was made with the homeowner who determined everything was fine.

8:47 a.m: Suspicious Subject - Cogswell Creek Rd. & McK. Hwy. A subject who appeared to be in crisis was parked at the gate. A deputy responded, but she had left.

12:15 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 87800 blk, Cedar Flat Rd. Deputies responded after two friends were in a verbal dispute that became a physical dispute. The involved separated for the evening.

1:22 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - 95200 blk, Marcola Rd. A vehicle drove off of the roadway. No one appeared injured, and the vehicle left.

2:46 p.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury - Lat: 44.112. long: -122.9251. Fire department responded to an iPhone crash activation in the area.

6:41 p.m: Assault - Marcola Rd. & Saunders Rd. Deputies responded to a dispute in a vehicle in the area. No crime was articulated by the involved.

11:55 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 39900 blk, McK. Hwy. Deputies responded to the location regarding a dispute. No crime was articulated and parties were separated.

May 27: 9:36 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 39900 blk, McK. Hwy.

10:52 p.m: Alarm - 90800 blk, La Lone Rd.

May 28: 3:05 p.m: Subpoena Service - 92200 blk, Marcola Rd.

3:20 p.m: Warrant Service - 88200 blk, Tiki Ln.

3:26 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 91300 blk, Donna Rd.

9:05 p.m: Suspicious Vehicle - 39500 blk, McK. Hwy. A deputy contacted illegal campers and advised them of posted restrictions.

7:24 p.m: Motor Vehicle Accident, Unknown Injury - Lat: 44.0842. Long: -122.2325.

7:54 p.m: Assist, Follow Up - Walterville area.

11:55 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 39900 blk, McK. Hwy.

May 29: 9:35 a.m: Assist, Follow Up - 7000 blk, Thurston Rd.

11:08 a.m: Burglary - 43800 blk, McK. Hwy. Over the weekend, several county waste transfer sites were broken into, vandalized, and items stolen.

11:44 a.m: Assist, Follow Up - 35200 blk, Camp Creek Rd.

12:14 p.m: Explosion - 46500 blk, Goodpasture Rd. An explosion was reported with limited location information. No fires or signs of distress were noted.

1:58 p.m: Criminal Mischief - 51400 blk, Blue River Dr. A deputy contacted neighbors regarding a civil dispute.

2:47 p.m: Assist Public - 46000 blk, N. Gate Creek Rd.

3:38 p.m: Civil Enforcement - 88600 blk, Whitsell Ln.

4:28 p.m: Restraining Order Service - 91400 blk, Donna Rd.

4:30 p.m: Arrest - 54500 blk, McK. Hwy.

4:53 p.m: Subpoena Service - 92200 blk, Marcola Rd.

5:56 p.m: Reckless Driving - Marcola Rd. & Camp Creek Rd.

6:48 p.m: Illegal Burn - 38400 blk, Kickbusch Ln.

8:30 p.m: Custodial Interference - 91300 blk, Donna Rd.

9:36 p.m: Driving Under Influence of Intoxicants - Marcola Rd. Milepost 4.

May 30: 2:57 a.m: Suspicious Conditions - 48100 blk, Conley Rd. A female called in concerned about people walking around her car, but determined no one was actually there.

7:42 a.m: Suspicious Conditions - Marcola Rd. & Old Mohawk Rd. A deputy responded to what appeared to be a male breaking into a vehicle. The subject was gone when the deputy arrived, and the vehicle appeared to be abandoned.

7:46 a.m: Criminal Mischief - Cascade View staging area A building and picnic table were damaged at the location.

2:06: p.m: Suspicious Conditions - 49200 blk, McK. Hwy. The caller relayed information regarding possible counterfeit money.

3:06 p.m: Burglary - Marcola Rd. & Old Mohawk Rd. A road rage incident occurred between a motorcycle rider and pickup truck. The motorcycle rider then ran into an occupied residence. The resident was able to leave. Deputies and Springfield Police officers were able to safely arrest the male, Payton Charles Benson, 31. He was lodged at the Lane County Jail on charges of Burglary in the 1st degree, Harassment, Trespass in the 1st degree, and Reckless Endangerment.

3:16 p.m: Harassment - 52600 blk, McK. Hwy. The caller wanted information documented related to a restraining order.

3:36 p.m: Suspicious Conditions - 92100 blk, Marcola Rd.

3:47 p.m: Reckless Driving - Marcola Rd. & Parsons Creek Rd.

4:07 p.m: Harassment - 88600 blk, Whitsell Ln. A landlord was having issues with a resident refusing to leave their rental. They were advised of the eviction process.

6:02 p.m: Incomplete 911 Call - 92600 blk, Marcola Rd.

7:21 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 87600 blk, Cedar Flat Rd. Deputies responded to a verbal Disturbance, Dispute. The individuals separated for the night.

9:29 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - Marcola Rd. & Carson St. A verbal dispute was overheard in the area.

May 31: 10:47 a.m: Harassment - 56400 blk, McK. Hwy. Verbal dispute between several neighbors.

11:40 a.m: Harassment - 88200 blk, Tiki Ln. Ongoing civil dispute.

12:32 p.m: Assist, Information – McK. Hwy. & Mp. 47.5.

3:38 p.m: Illegal Burn - Camp Creek Rd. & Easy Ln.

3:46 p.m: Warrant Service - 90200 blk, Huckleberry Ln.

5:15 p.m: Assist Fire Department - 88900 blk, Easy Ln.

8:45 p.m: Assist Outside Agency - Tamolitch Falls. Lane County Sheriff's Search & Rescue responded to Blue Pool for an injured hiker at the request of the Linn County Sheriff's Office. The patient had sustained a significant injury while attempting to jump into the water from the cliff edge. Bystanders assisted the injured hiker back up to the trail. SAR personnel arrived, provided medical care, and assisted with litter carrying the patient down the trail to a waiting ambulance. Thanks to the Upper McKenzie Fire District and Sweet Home Fire Department for their assistance.

Blue Pool is a beautiful destination, but it should be treated with caution. Nearly every year, hikers are injured at the location, usually while attempting to jump into the pool from the cliff edge.

10:08 p.m: Assault - 87700 blk, Cedar Flat Rd. Deputies responded to a report of an assault. After investigating, deputies arrested Robert Michael Searcy, 35, and lodged him at the Lane County Jail on abuse prevention act charges of Assault 4, Strangulation, and Menacing.

June 1: 1:27 a.m: Suspicious Conditions - 93000 blk, Marcola Rd.

1:31 a.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 92100 blk, Marcola Rd.

10:54 a.m: Suspicious Conditions - 55600 blk, McK. River Dr.

11:11 a.m: Incomplete 911 Call - 40200 blk, Mohawk River Rd.

12:08 p.m: Assist Fire Department - 90900 blk, Marcola Rd.

2:24 p.m: Disturbance, Dispute - 8900 blk, Thurston Rd.

5:49 p.m: Business Check - 35200 blk, Camp Creek Rd.
